Super 8 by Wyndham Redmond

Clean place and front office staff was very helpful/cheerful. They gave room on 1st floor as per my request. Room was clean and comfortable. Pan cake was there in breakfast along with boiled eggs, fruits, muffins, hot coffee etc. Location is near to Airport and next to gas station. They offered free shuttle to airport which was beyond my expectation.

Recently spent several nights at this property & was impressed with how clean both the interior & exterior was & not only is it a nice property but the staff are amazing every single staff member we interacted with was nice, helpful went above & beyond for anything we needed! It was really great we have travelled a lot lately & this was the best stay we have had thus far ! To get great staff with pleasant attitudes , clean rooms, good breakfast, pool & hot tub definitely worth the price ! Next time I come to Redmond this is where we will stay ! Thank you to the staff for providing us with excellent guest service we will see you on our next trip !!

Positive: Front desk personnel were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean. Negative: There were a couple of individuals hanging around the front entrance who were verbally abrasive, foul mouthed and annoying. Beds were rock hard, price of the room did not meet the value we expected and we had to keep the fan on to drown out freeway noise.

We missed our flight out of Redmond, Oregon. I contacted the Super 8 motel. The receptionist was very kind. We were able to secure a room and she immediately sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We enjoyed a great breakfast and then a long nap after being awake since 3am. The room was clean and comfortable. |In the morning a shuttle picked us up at 4am for the trip back to the airport. Everything was seamless which was greatly appreciated. This motel is worth every penny.

Wonderful service people! All were friendly. Kayla checked us in after we had been driving all day and gave us a really good rate. When we asked for a different room she was so gracious about switching us. She was a very pleasant person. She gave exceptional service. The man tending to watering all the flowers out front was friendly and neighborly and Brandy who checked us out in the morning was also pleasant.
