Best Western Plus Rama Inn

We stayed two nights here ~ The hotel itself is very neat, clean and updated. The breakfast was great, the pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. While the staff gave good service, not one of them went out of their way to smile, say hello or ask how's the day, those little things that take so little extra effort to make this hotel far above many others. Just a little encouragement to remember your guests are human - offering that human kindness would make this place outstanding.

Rooms are spacious and clean. They have a mini fridge/w freezer👍 and micro. Hair dryer in the bathrm. AC/heat Nice pool and Jacuzzi. Fitness room. Thank you BW for offering gluten free items especially those muffins 😋 We chose to stay there two different times within a month.

My family and I booked a week stay 12/24/24-12/31/24. We have stayed here a few times in the past and didn't have any problems before. On Sunday morning 12/29, we saw bedbugs in our room. We immediately went to speak to the manager on duty and we were told the "manager" is just the owner of the hotel and is rarely onsite. The employee gave us her phone number. I called her and explained the situation. Clearly, we could no longer stay in a bedbug infested room so we needed to check out to find a different place to stay. The owner was rude and extremely defensive and was unwilling to reimburse for the days we stayed. She even accused us that we brought the bugs in ourselves! The staff informed us that this was a common occurrence and it's been an ongoing issue. They also said that the owner

Positive: Great price with the required amenities. The full Breakfast was a fantastic bonus!! Negative: Shower was equipped with grab bars but still had a lip on the edge forming a tub which made it difficult to get in and out of for a 90 year old man with mobility issues.

This room was clean and cozy! We were impressed with the size of the pool and the water pressure in the shower!! The bed was very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay!
