Hampton Inn Redmond Bend Airport

Really nice ticked away location. All the staff I had interactions with were really friendly. Lily at the front desk was very helpful with local spot to grab beer and food. She was always smiling and called me by my first name every time I saw her. She is truly a customer service asset. The hotel was very clean, quiet and maintained very well. I’d stay here again!

Good stopover for a road trip. The building and rooms are clean, updated, and spacious. Area is quiet and safe. Staff was friendly and attentive, check-in was smooth, breakfast was standard.||They are building EV chargers in the parking lot, but they are not online yet. Fast chargers available at the Target (2 min walk) or a cheap slow charger is available at the Parks Operation Building (10 min walk, safe at night).||

I've been working here in Redmond remodeling a car wash for about 5 weeks now and this hotel is great. The breakfast is good and they have options for just about any kind of eating habit and the food is always fresh and hot for those who like the hot breakfast. That's a big plus some places serve at lukewarm. The food here is nice and hot every morning. The staff here is amazing in the afternoon there's this lady named Jenny and she is amazing. She's very tentative to her guest and she really cares about how people's phase go. She's awesome and in the morning the lady who makes the breakfast for everyone make sure that everything is good. All the staff here is really good man. I really like this place. I've been staying here for about 5 weeks and until the job is done I'm going to continue

Room was fine and clean. We checked in and there were maybe 4 cars in the parking lot. First thing the front counter guy said was "I see you booked with a secondary source"....(Priceline). He checked us in without telling us about breakfast or any other details and when we got to our room, we were right next to the elevator and had two beds. We booked a king, but when I called down he said, too bad and we are sold out tonight. He said the manager would be in around 11pm and I could take it up him. Only stayed here because we were flying out and it was convenient. Stay in Bend and make the short drive.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very clean and has a nice little pool. The breakfast was delicious! We had waffles, hard boiled eggs, scones, yogurt and there were many more options. The front desk staff was nice.😊
