Customer Reviews
Consistently great customer service. They are always willing to provide extra towels or bedding when we request it. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances to make meals from scratch. Outdoor grill makes for great hamburgers and hot dogs in the summer. The location itself is beautiful and close to awesome hikes, caves, swimming areas and viewpoints.
Wonderful time at the Ridge with Worldmark Eagle Crest. Celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary. The staff had congratulations decorations up and the bottle of wine was so nice. Kim was great at our check-in. As Worldmark Legacy Owners from 1992, we so appreciated the level of customer service.
My wife and I spent the weekend here in preperation for the PPP Race in Bend Oregon which was on May 18th this year. This place is gorgeous especially if you are a fan of golf or play golf because it has some of the best looking courses out there.
The first time I was here it was great everything worked in the room. The second time there are things such as a burner, fireplace, and BBQ that don't work right. Other than that I love this place, I will be coming back for sure.
Beautiful getaway. Deer roam freely. Mountain views every direction. Love this place. Close to Bend, Redmond and accessible for handicapped. Nice pool and golfing.
