SCP Redmond Hotel

Overall this hotel was a good experience. Cleanliness goes a long way for me and the place felt incredibly clean. The room decor is lovely- minimal but still achieves a warm atmosphere. Located in the center of Old town Redmond charm, but not far from conveniences like Fred Meyer and highway to Bend, ,etc. ||The hotel graciously offers ear plugs and a sound machine readily available at the bedside table, but unfortunately due to the old timey-ness you may hear squeaky floors, hallway conversations and neighbors coughing. For us it wasn’t disruptive to our rest though. In general it was a quiet environment and we loved the hotel.

What a wonderful property! Such history and so much fun. The rooms are spacious, there are multiple restaurants on property, a relaxing lobby, and a super fun bar with a wonderful cocktail program. We were only there for two nights but both nights we had a wonderful time with the two amazing bartenders, Sarah and Brett, with thier fun personalities and great mixologist skills. The food was delicious. The staff, including the front desk staff, restaurant staff, and the cleaning staff truly wanted to ensure our stay was the best it could be and it was! Redmond was a welcoming town and we had a fun time. We would highly recommend this great property and look forward to our next stay. A big thank you to Tobias!

The room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. While noise wasn't an issue for us, they provided a white noise machine which does help me sleep. The lobby is cozy and the provisions market has a wide variety of healthy food options. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and having coffee/breakfast each morning. The lobby, cafe and room were bright, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Restaurants, coffee shops and a yoga studio are a short walk away although the hotel has cafe with espresso bar/breakfast and lunch options (and a mini market with to-go items), a farm-to-table restaurant for lunch/dinner (delicious) and a cozy bar/restaurant for dinner/late night drinks and there's a rooftop for light bites/drinks. It's 5 minutes from the airport. There's free street parking righ

Positive: I loved the refurbished historic hotel and the downtown Redmond location. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Cozy, warm lobby with a fireplace perfect for a winter stay. Wayfarer bar and rooftop lounge was very lively. Pet friendly. Negative: Wished there was a dresser to put away clothes especially since there wasn't a closet.

This 1928 hotel was renovated for two years in 2019 and transformed into a place of Soul, Community, and Planet (SCP). The theme is renewal and regrowth of oneself, with one of the nice touches a succulent start growing outside every room. The rooms themselves are spacious and thoughtfully put together. For example, you may choose between rooms with and without televisions, so that you can unplug quite literally. This is a "Green" hotel in the heart of downtown that plants a new tree for every guest served. Our two westies were welcomed and accepted throughout (on leash). Attached are pictures of the Wayfarer bar with sangria to live for and the Provisions market, where breakfast is served. I'll call it "modern organic." Worth a stay if you are passing through.
