5 Stars | Exceptional Service & Value! After being stranded by another hotel's overbooking, Suzie was a total lifesaver! Even while busy multitasking, she welcomed us with genuine kindness, explained the breakfast, and even gave us a late check-out. We were initially hesitant due to the location, but we are so glad we stayed. At an impressive $99 rate, the value was unbeatable. The room was immaculately clean, the beds were comfy, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. Plus, we had no issues with parking right outside our door. Thank you, Suzie, for turning a stressful night into a great stay! We highly recommend this spot.

Positive: The staff was very friendly Negative: Yes, I was placed in a room that was at the end of the hotel and was closest to the I-10 freeway. Noise was constant all day/night long. Additionally the room next to mine had the TV on all night long on my last night at the hotel. Got 2 hours of sleep

Came to this hotel as a last minute but when i walked into the lobby the girl at the desk had just a smile on her face which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The rooms are a little dated but does the job. The staff is friendly even tho i overslept 😂 they didn’t just throw me out they offered me extra time. It looks like they got a new parking lot so it’s really nice. Aside from the construction on the freeway side, it was still great! I will definetly come back.

Great value for the price. Rooms were clean and updated, some missing paint and lack of closet/hooks to hang clothes. Neighbors were a little noisy, but put on A/C or continuous fan to drown out noise. Staff was friendly. They offer pancakes and coffee/juices for breakfast

We stayed here for two nights while attending an event at NOS Events Center. Check-in was smooth since we booked through Hotels.com. However, our room, while "cleaned," was not actually clean. We had to wipe down all surfaces, clean the air conditioner filter, Swiffer the floor, and freshen up the space ourselves. The bed was comfortable, and the TV and free WiFi worked well. On our second day, our shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. The staff responded quickly to fix the issue and clean up, which we appreciated. However, it identified the updates which are needed in the room. The shower head was cheap and did not provide good flow, the toilet constantly ran and the sink was detached from the counter. Housekeeping seemed to prioritize speed over thoroughness. They "reset" the ro
