Extended Stay America Suites- Redlands

Found the place by accident, read the reviews and decided to book it. Room we got are clean and its pretty quiet. Pet friendly which is a bonus. Michael and Jelly are friendly and always ready to help. Made us feel like we are their family. Answer any questions we ask with a smile and patience. My wife gets her Amazon delivered without issues. Happy to call it 2nd Home.

Honestly appreciate the staff. Mr.Manager Andre is awesome! Chill and helpful! The girls in front yall kno who yall are. I appreciate how you guys always provide when we need fresh towels and toiletries. The kids love going down and exchanging them! They think yall are cool lol. I like the fact I can trust yall and vice versa. You guys treat us just fine. Specially in hard times. Thank you for allowing us and trusting us to be apart of the extended stay experience. Positive: Location and number of towels. Negative: No HBO, TNT, and other good movie channels, but the movie channels there were okay.

It definitely deserves 5 stars but I gave 3 stars for Rooms because of no blackout curtains. My husband works graveyard so he sleeps in the daytime. Because of this It takes him longer to unwind and go to sleep and he wakes up unrested and tired. All the staffs we have encountered for rooms have been very friendly accommodating AND MOST IMPORTANT respectful especially Jelly and Michael. For us they both have gone above and beyond to provide services. I am very biased towards Jelly, she stops what she is doing and acknowlges me a warm smile as well as to the other guests. She speaks very softly & is a workaholic. Couple of weeks ago Jelly was working graveyard shift, she clocked out between 7-8 am. But couple of hours later she came back to work, and greeted everyone with same smile. Ever

Ok so, no breakfast or coffee, but the grooms are decent and nice size. The area has a lot to offer from dutch bros to any food restaurant you can think of. Even the movie theaters are next door. They have good cable, Netflix and YouTube on the tv. Great! No noise so you get good sleep. Beds and covers are thin. Over all a good place to stay for awhile. Big fridges and a stovetop. I'm staying here again!
