Stayed at the Ayres Hotel for a quick overnight trip from the Bay Area and was impressed with the whole experience. At check in I realized I booked the wrong dates on Hotel.com and they quickly found me a room with no issues. The room was very nice and spacious and well decorated. The pool, and hot tub were an excellent and a great way to end a long day. They also have a nice simple gym with a treadmill, stationary bike and some dumbbells from what I saw through the window. The cherry on top was the breakfast!! No continental breakfast junk, a cook making eggs, potatoes, sausage and a waffle machine among many other options!! If you need a nice, welcoming, clean, affordable place in Redlands, look no further!

I love this hotel. It's nice, clean, has a lovely style and vibe. Staff are always friendly and the orange juice in the morning tastes like it's freshly squeezed! The rooms are spacious and everything is in great condition. This hotel offers comfort along with a great atmosphere and style! It's always a benefit that it's so close to downtown Redlands and next door to El Burrito!

Nice enough but works out pretty average. The room was clean and spacious with a great bathroom, but I didn’t like it facing the road. I had a pretty strange experiences at night like someone stealing my do not disturb sign and knocking on the window. ||Breakfast had no trustworthy options for coeliacs so I ordered uber eats. Staff were friendly too.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The service truly stood out—Cindy, the General Manager, was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she clearly leads by example. Every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive. It made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel.
