Motel 6 Redlands, CA

I stayed at Motel 6 Redlands on 3/6/2026 and paid $120 for a single night, and the condition of the room was absolutely disgusting. This was one of the worst motel experiences I have ever had. The bedspread had multiple visible stains and the mattress itself was filthy along the sides with heavy discoloration. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. For a place that’s supposed to provide a clean place to sleep, this was completely unacceptable and unsanitary. There was trash and random items left in the shelving area, including what appeared to be used fake eyelashes and other debris that housekeeping clearly never removed. I regularly stay at Motel 6 when I travel; I'm fine with "simple" and ask only for cleanliness and basic comfort. This place provided neither. I was assigned to a room that the owner later told me was in a part of the facility that does not have internet connectivity. Really?? Did you assume that my elder status meant that I don't use technology or did you just not care? In addition, the heat/AC unit did not work.|This necessitated my packing up all my belongings - and my dogs and their belongings - and making multiple trips back and forth to a different room. |The second room did have connectivity, but - like the first room - there was not a functioning heat/AC unit. After spending some minutes confirming this, the owner eventually removed the entire unit and brought another to replac

I checked in Friday night , I was Greeted by Laurie who was extremely friendly & welcoming, She was checked us in & we had mistakenly booked a smoking room , We were thankful she asked us if we wanted smoking or non smoking , She was nice & fixed our mistake. Once we got to our room we were surprised on how big it was , It was very clean & comfortable, We called the front desk & ask her if we could have extra towels as we only had 2 , & we had 2 children, She brought us 2 more towels to our room. Me & my family are very pleased with our visit , And we definitely give Laurie 5 stars , Best customer service we have ever received, She was the best . Thank you for making our stay pleasant. We will definitely be back

This rooms are so dirty. The sheets upon arrival are so gross and dirty!!!! There are lots of hair on all the pillows front and back and stains from makeup as well. I booked a stay on Expedia, so I can't cancel my reservation after I checked in. Lots of homeless people at night walking outside. The floor is dirty and the shower is dirty as well. The room smells horrible.
