Good Nite Inn Redlands

Had a good time here, room was clean and neat when I checked in. We stayed for 2 nights and didn't have any issues. I guess the biggest drawback was the tiny tv but it was still a nice room for the price. Did smell like cigarettes outside, like I read on most of the reviews, but the smell was only in the room for a little while as we got settled. The front desk employees were nice and professional and I appreciate the 24 hour availability.

The most troubling thing about staying there was it was very noisy due to a party being held in 2 rooms. There was about 12 people or so going back and forth to the room right above them and playing loud music and lots of drinking. It was surprising because majority of motels won't even let you have any guests visit you let alone have a party. And forget about wearing masks or social distancing, wasn't happening there. Previously about 4 years ago I had stayed there and it was so much nicer and cleaner. For the price $80 it was far better than most of the ghetto motels around but it definitely could use a good cleaning. 4/20/21 OK, I've figured it out. If you want a nice, quiet, clean room you have to stay in the first building. And this last time we stayed we had a wonderful experience.

I arrived at 1pm sooo tired and was allowed an early check in. Theresa, Linda and Carmello all were SO helpful, kind and went above and beyond. The room service was excellent. They serviced our room while we were gone and placed the stuffed animals my kids had on the beds making them feel comfortable. I can't say enough about how nice it has been. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

I've stayed at this Good Nite Inn several times before this time and felt like it deserved a 4-star rating but not this time. This time, which was at Christmas, I felt like I stayed at a 'cheap' motel. The room was nice enough but when I turned on the bathroom light at check-in, a bug scurried across the sink counter. The upstairs guests kept tromping back and forth on the floor, making several evenings unpleasant. I called the desk on one occasion and the noise ceased -- for a while and then resumed -- the same thing happened the next night but I didn't call the front desk that time; I figured: 'What's the point? The front desk person wasn't the one trying to get some sleep, so why would they give a s**t about any inconvenience to me?' On the final night of my stay when I arrived back at

Front desk was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels and pillows. The rate was the lowest in the area at the time but better than Its competitors. Its not luxury but worth 5 stars for a inexpensive hotel room.
