Residence Inn by Marriott Loma Linda Redlands

The front desk lady was nice. Cleanliness is so bad. It seemed as if they didn't bother to clean the room after the previous guests. You can tell they tidied it up, but did not clean it at all. Also 2 of the hand towels had stains. The toilet seat has not been cleaned 100%. You can see it in my photos. You can tell that there is dried splashed urine on it that wasn't cleaned. There's also a stain of solid waste!

I had to stay at this hotel long term (over two and a half months) due to water damage at my home. The staff was friendly, hardworking, professional, and helpful. Moana, Thalia, Luis, Luis, (there are two Luises), Chris, Elizabeth, and others (sorry, I do not know all of their names) treated me like friend and family. If I ever needed any help or had any questions they were very prompt and friendly. It was my home away from home.

This was about the worst stay in a Marriot property. Kitchen utensils dirty. Missing luggage rack. Ironing board ripped. The TV control box half dangling off the mounting screws. I was told the EV chargers were free of charge as part of the parking fee, it wasn’t and Tesla will bill you. Then the attitude of the front desks was unbelievable “we’ll do better on your next visit”. Not in this lifetime!!

Stay away from this property they are not owned by Marriott. They’re owned by a private group. They offer amenities of Marriott, but do not honor their culture. I have never experienced anything like this any other Marriott property. And obvious mistake every non-management staff member even acknowledged cannot be admitted or rectified by management instead they blame the system they blame contractors. They blame blame blame how about you? Just fix the problem. I strongly suggest to stay elsewhere because even booked directly through Marriott the final word is not theirs Luis and Moana are not qualified to be management. Shame on Marriott for honoring this group a franchise and shame on this group for Hiring and promoting thuggish behavior Which I strongly believe is behind Marriott’s back

What a wonderful experience my family and I had here! I can go on and on about the fantastic hospitality we felt all weekend. The team here were so friendly and helpful, I will recommand this to place to anyone and everyone. Moana was super amazing. The rooms were clean, that lobby was perfect setting to relax and hang out at. The kids loved the pool and basketball courts and that parking was so easy and plentiful. Thank you to the entire staff there, this was a stay that we will never forget.
