The wretched smell activated my asthma all night and they price-gouged by charging way more than the online price. It feels like it should be condemned by the health department. Just keep driving. No hope for rest here...yuck on you

Web site stated they offered outdoor pool and free continental breakfast. The pool was nasty, the water was completely black. Wouldn't go near it. And there was no breakfast of any kind offered. We could have paid $4 for a honey bun from the vending machine in the lobby....no thanks. Would not recommend

I work there and I see great improvements by the new owner. New carpet, new paint and curtains, and more improvements coming. There is NO BREAKFAST anymore though. Only coffee in the lobby and coffee pots in every room. The pool has a beautiful new look and there is a beautiful fountain added near the pool. The management is very flexible and nice and we pice match! So check with us before you reserve online. We will give you the lowest online price! So many things to do and see around the area! We are definitely the Best Value Inn and Suites in the area! Come see.

I come here a lot and each time it gets worse. The place needs a remodel. Some of the rooms appear to have mold. The tubs are stained. You can tell where the water leaks were. Hair is often found in the tubs and beds, very dusty, phones and clocks don’t work most times, fridge and microwaves not so clean, always out of rags, and rags/towels often have hair. The bed decor is old, the pillows are worn, the water pressure is often low, it takes forever for the water to get hot, and the windows need cleaning. Should I go on???? The pool is a huge bathtub. I am thankful for the staff who try and put me in their best rooms!!! Some of them do their best to accommodate me during my stay.

Stayed here a few weeks ago. Clean. Spacious. Housekeeping is amazing. Some of the morning shift are rude, depending on the day. There's one lady who works night shift... She is awesome. Goes above and beyond... The drink machine was broken and she actually had someone go to the store.
