Quality Inn Phenix City Columbus

Front desk lady was nice and professional, no elevator, floor in the room was dirty (see pictures), bed was a bit high and loud when you moved but mostly comfortable. Shower was tricky to get hot water to flow and the shower curtain was stained. Room was also loud, you can hear every door open and close. I could hear the person across from me drop the toilet lid… I avoided breakfast based on the quality of everything else so I can’t give a review there. I added a video so you can hear how thin the walls are.

We have been members of the Choice Hotels program for a few years now and this property is the absolute worst property I have stayed in. Reasons include - dirty carpet - tv remote buttons did not all respond - shower gel lotion was not in shower - if I left the room for more than 2 hours/had to reconnect to Wi-Fi - no elevator - sink drain lift was broken - cove base was torn and frayed in various places. I will never stay in this location again. On the positive side - front office staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you

We checked into this hotel because they said they had a handicap room. The price was inexpensive so we did not expect anything fancy, but it was terrible. There were no bars by the toilet. It was a step in bathtub with bars, but no chair to sit on. the lighting in the room was so poor that you could not read a book with every light on . everything was rundown, and the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen. Do not stay here.

Probably one of the worst hotel stays ever. Amongst a plethora of issues the biggest one for me was the hot water situation...stayed 2 nights...hot water never really worked. Toilet didn't flush properly. Breakfast was poor. Room was dirty. Wish I could get a refund but its probably not worth it at this point.

The room had torn curtains that were shredded by a previous dog! When I asked for additional pillows because the ones on the king size bed were sized for a 3 year old the young women at the front desk said they didn’t have any spares to give although it was obvious the hotel was not even 50% booked. The toilet in our room wasn’t clean, the lamp shade was stained, the lamp base near the chair was rusted, the bedside lamp didn’t work. I won’t ever stay at this brand again - cheap price cheap hotel and rude staff.
