Hampton Inn & Suites Phenix City- Columbus Area

From start to finish, this was an absolutely perfect hotel stay. The check-in process was seamless and welcoming, and the staff( Carol this stay, Jasmine our very first stay )went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely cared for. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—every detail felt thoughtfully considered, from the plush bedding to the quiet, relaxing atmosphere.||The amenities exceeded expectations, and the hotel’s location was ideal, making everything easy and convenient. Housekeeping was impeccable, and any request we had was handled promptly and with a smile. We had a wonderful experience staying here. The hotel staff especially Jasmine (front desk manager), went extremely above and beyond to help us, and it was truly made a difference in our trip. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a place where the service feels this personal. We’re very grateful for the help we received and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and stress-free stay.

I had a horrible stay. I traveled with my church. In the bathroom, the floor was dirty. There was a filthy chair in the room. I requested to be moved to another room. Sadly, there was no availability. Although the desk clerk was very nice, she never gave me anything to use to clean the floor. According to her, housekeeping was out for the day. My call to the general manager was not answered nor did I receive a call back. I would love to post the pics of room 402.

I took a friend of mine to see Jeff Dunham at Columbus Civic Center, Columbus, GA. The Hampton Inn although located in Phenix City, AL, is only 2.5 miles from the venue. Upon entering the front door, the atmosphere was cozy and well decorated. The rooms were super clean, had comfy beds, and the shower pressure was awesome!!! It made our little road trip relaxing and worry free. The staff were so friendly!!! ||They have a phenomenal hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and you can make your own waffles. 10/10 recommend!
