Super 8 by Wyndham Petersburg

The room was clean, had hardwood floors and semi up to date. The bathroom was clean ( sides of toilet too!); the only thing is the tub was permanently stained and may need replacing or better cleaning agents. But it was clean. Wifi worked perfectly. The hotel is conveniently behind a convenient store and a mile from Walmart, Dollar Tree, fast food, etc. Also it's near the post office. They offer continental breakfast, however dont get too excited. Sliced bread not bagels, no cereal but there was yogurt, muffins, juice, and coffee. BTW there isn't a coffee pot in the room which to me that's cutting costs. Very smart. The staff was polite; the check in was fast (faster for me as I used Booking.com). This is a good hotel to use off Crater Rd in my opinion. 5 stars.

This location is 15 minutes from Fort Lee Army base. The motel have the doors outside. They had old furniture stored under the stairs. The furniture inside the location was outdated an falling apart. The linen had holes in it. The shower had hot water, however rust all over the shower head. The freezer was cluttered with old ice. The fridge looked dirty and unacceptable to put my food in there. The manager wasn't friendly when I checked in or out. I checked out a day early due to dropping off my soldier. I was told I could not get my money back. They manager didn't want to hear why, he was rude and disrespectful to myself and the third party organization that called on my behalf. I wouldn't recommend unless it's a quick stay, however find another location and pay more. No, place is worth

The room was spacious but the lighting was lacking. The carpet, especially near the corners, was not clean. The bathroom was rusty and a bit moldy. But for the price, it was acceptable.

The room was clean! The room itself was great, a king bed for my partner and two large dogs. The water pressure in the shower was a bit lacking, and the tub didn’t hold the water. There was not a large selection of breakfast items; but there was hot fresh coffee for my husband. I would stay here again for the deal the hotel was.

I rented the king suit through Priceline the checking was easy and seamless. Aside from the faux leather on the couch coming apart the room was very nice. The location feels a little weird to get to and the sound deading for the room is pretty well non existent you can hear the majority of what's going on outside. I don't want to leave a negative review because for what I wanted I got a room with a hot tub, however I know most folks wouldn't be thrilled with the experience.
