This is a clean & safe hotel w a couple restaurant options w/in walking distance. The hotel has a nice outdoor seating area with great outdoor Wi-Fi.. But the BEST part of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff, esp Tara at the front desk. She went the extra mile to make sure I enjoyed my stay and had all my needs met. All the staff have a ready smile. 😊 I will be back.

If you make a reservation there, you should bring you own towels, they provided for one day, tissues, body wash, trash bags, and willing to sell strong marihuana odor, terrible experience. You can speak to the front desk, what they resolve, NOTHING. And they clean the rooms every other day, if you book three day and two nights, you won't see you room to be clean.

Positive: Very nice staff. Room looked updated. Negative: The shower head is absolutely horrible. Looks horrible, sprays funky and wasn?t adjustable in any way. Looks really old and a lot of the little holes for water were blocked.

We had a wonderful stay. We were on a road trip and wanted to stop to see the battlefield, but the park was closed because of the government shutdown. This hotel made our Petersburg stop much better. The beds are comfortable and my boyfriend really enjoyed the gym. Love the breakfast area setup too. A special thank you to Sarah for giving us a great check in experience.
