Strawberry Hill - Inn & Event Venue

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Strawberry Hill. The home has been thoughtfully restored and furnished to feel as if you’ve stepped back in time. The beds were very comfortable and each large room includes a seating area, a desk, and other amenities. We enjoyed sitting in the communal dining room and parlor/salon to take in the ambiance. Everything was impeccably clean and well maintained.

Strawberry Hill has become our go to when in Petersburg area. The accommodations are incredible. Service is even better. I recommend staying here anytime you are passing through the area. Its a perfect jump off 95 or 85.

Strawberry Hill was the most breathtaking place we visited during our travels. My husband likened it to a mansion because of its stunning beauty and spaciousness. The room was beautifully decorated, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Linda and her husband, the owners of Strawberry Hill, went out of their way by offering to pick us up and drop us off at the train station, which was incredibly helpful as we were traveling to Florida to visit my in-laws and then back home to Massachusetts. They even provided car seats, which was a lifesaver since our rental car was in Florida, and Uber/Lyft don't offer car seats. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay. Linda's kindness and thoughtfulness, like packing us different flavors of scones for our journey home, made us feel like part of their fami

What a great stay at strawberry Hill Inn. The rooms both the bedroom and the public rooms are stunning with beautiful antiques and decorative details. The bed was the most luxurious I have slept on. The hosts, Linda and Dale are so thoughtful and gracious and have made such an effort to tell you about restaurants and interesting things to do around Petersburg. I highly recommend it.

I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting town on a work trip. It was such a treat and made my week much more enjoyable! My room was beautifully decorated, so huge, and had such a comfortable bed. I felt like I was staying at a 5 star hotel. There was a delicious light breakfast and coffee provided. The Inn is in a great location with everything you need in a walkable distance. Highly recommend staying here over any other option in town.
