Hotel Petersburg, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

My Daughter and i came from Baltimore MD, we recently stayed at the Petersburg Hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what really made my stay memorable was the outstanding service from the staff. Miss Jerri at the front desk was incredibly helpful and professional. She greeted me with a warm smile, answered all of my questions, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made me feel valued as a guest. I also want to recognize Ken, the valet attendant. He was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was handled with care. His positive attitude and quick service made arriving and leaving the hotel stress-free. One of the best hotels we've stayed at!!! Atmosphere was great, rooms bathrooms lobby everything clean. Building has a historic vibe , very chic . No noise super quiet and calm environment. Staff was excellent Victoria at front desk was very nice and professional. Parker our valet prompt with our car stowed our luggage in vehicle. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of the other staff they were awesome as well. Hotel manager Thomas greeted us conversation with us overall a lovely experience. Love love love and will definitely be back!

Very cool history, wonderful website, lovely building, big rooms, close to good restaurants

I don't typically post any reviews on Google but our stay here was stellar! Beautiful, restored historic hotel (with a spacious, high-ceiling dining room), a friendly and welcoming lobby (with board games and puzzles), and most of all, kind and thoughtful staff. My son lost his beloved stuffie while we there, and not only did the staff track it down (to the linen cleaners!) and ensure it was returned to us swiftly, Foxy returned to us with a whole adventure story detailed in a letter to my son and multiple pictures of his adventures while in the care of hotel staff. This was such a sweet, wonderful gesture of kindness that restored my faith in humanity and was definitely beyond what I expected. My son has offered to leave him behind again for further adventures :) while that is not strictl

Really enjoyed staying Here for three days the customer service was amazing. Everybody was so friendly and easy to talk to and like to have a conversation food was really good from Shirley’s and the bartenders were amazing. The only downside we had is the fluctuation of the water temperature in the showers one day the hot was even colder than the cold faucet out of the sink, but the heat did come back, unfortunately during showers the temperature would go up and down throughout the shower. Other than that, would stay here again definitely.
