Super 8 by Wyndham Petaluma

Positive: There was nothing I liked about this hotel When we arrived there was homeless people hanging around the front. The room was dirty. There was urine strains on the back of toilet, there was cake up dirt up on the floor. The bathtub had broken porcelain. Negative: The bathroom wall had holes in the sheet rock the place was a dump. I would’ve did better sleeping in my car and what I had to pay, I deserve better than that

Don’t bother to stay here. They falsely advertise free breakfast on the website and there isn’t one. We were given one towel and wash cloth for 2 people. There were no drink cups in the room. They don’t have ice. The pool is not operating. There’s no coffee or microwave in the room. I’m surprised we weren’t charged extra for the thrill ride we got when sitting on the toilet seat. And the privacy lock on our room was broken. Shame on Wyndham.

There are cockroaches in some rooms. There is likely no clean towels and they ran out of toilet paper. They charge credit cards without authorization and are very rude sometimes to employees and customers.

On McDowell in Petaluma, the bathroom toilet seat cover doesn’t even match. The toilet itself is larger than the seat there’s not a lamp. There’s not a picture. The floors had dust on them. The towel I used when I took. My shower smelled terrible and it had black spots on it. I don’t know why you Wyndham’s involved with this place and letting this happen.

One star only because I can’t give zero. We found a roach in the tub, bathroom was dirty and we left five minutes after checking in. We informed them we would be staying elsewhere and the woman working the front desk (Chrissy, she was the only nice and decent employee we came in contact with) told us to come back the next day when the manager was there. Amanda (the “manager”) dodged us all day and the lady on the phone was very rude, said she didn’t know when she would be in after accusing us of using the bed when we didn’t touch anything. I called back a few hours later and the phone was PICKED UP AND HUBG UO on me three times. We went back a couple hours later and the manger was storming around the front desk area and only said “what do you want from me?!” A bunch of times before we we
