The rooms are very clean, as well as the pool and hot tub. The gym has decent equipment too. The breakfast has enough variety for there to be something for everyone. The location is easily accessible, but you cannot hear any traffic from thw freeway. The only thing I found weird is the kitchenette in our room, does not have a way to cook except with a microwave. So I found it strange it's advertised to have a kitchen, but it has only dishes, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Very happy with our first time stay. Most important to me is the bed. And this one did not disappoint. A very, very comfortable bed. We appreciated the bigger fridge with freezer, streaming options on the tv and excellent AC/heat. It was clean, roomy and quiet. Front desk folks always greeted us warmly coming and going and the hotel is well located for food & drink options. The only weakness I saw was that the free breakfast was pretty weak. After the first morning we skipped it. Overall, room, bed and staff noticeably better than other similarly priced and located properties, but the breakfast options not as good as others. All things considered - I still give it 5 stars!

This was my second stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Petaluma, and it was just as excellent as the first.|The front desk team is truly the best. They are welcoming, efficient, and genuinely make you feel at home. Check-in was swift. |I really appreciate the complimentary breakfast, it's always well stocked with a good variety of options.

Positive: I really loved the staff they were super personable and had great customer service. Negative: We booked a room for 5 people, we didn’t have enough towels, and the fact that they only cleaned the room every three nights is crazy. The lack of bedding for the pullout was a little sad as well.

5 One of the best hotel room and experience we've had. Beds are pretty comfy. Coffee is really good. Breakfast has great variety and is delicious. We have a suite with a sofa and 2 queen beds. And the room is still so clean and spacious! And a generous amount of desk/table space. The kitchen is amazing and well stocked with whatever we could need, and largest fridge/freezer I've seen in a hotel room. Pool and hot tub were pretty nice. The pool is only 4.5 ft deep so great for my 3 young boys. Hot tub was not as hot as we hoped however and unfortunately the jets were non functional. The staff has been super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
