Super 8 by Wyndham Ormond Beach

This was the location my husband picked for our Bike week stay for 4 days stay. The location was perfect for quick access to all of the festivities in the area. The room had an overpowering urine stench that I can only describe as worse than a gas station restroom. It was so bad I had to leave the door wide open until I went to sleep just so I could stand to be inside. I bump it up to two stars because they are obviously doing the best with what they have to work with. There is a nice big flat screen TV on the wall and there were no bugs. Unfortunately, this place desperately needs to be completely gutted and renovated to get rid of the smell. I would check the reviews next time I'm in the area and if I see they have renovated I would give them another chance.

Dirty disgusting hotel. Greeted by cockroach. Everything was SO dirty. I was totally skeeved out. Had we not been driving for 12 hours already, I would have left. Don’t stay here, it’s gross.

Positive: Neighbors weren’t loud or banging on walls or stomping around Negative: The ac didn’t work well. Never got cool enough to even use a blanket or sheet

We arrived on a Friday payed in full with Cash. They requested my credit card for a $50 deposit and then Charged the entire amount of the room to my card after we checked out on Sunday. I tried to contact the hotel to receive a refund and no one would answer the phone for 2 days. The room smelled of mold the toilet was almost to the ground and there was no water pressure in the shower.
