Super 8 by Wyndham Norfolk

I slept on a mattress that had a blood stain and would appear to be urine mixed with either bladder pieces on the side of the mattress, which I only noticed after I took off all the blankets and sheets because I was having issues with my face itching my nose running And feeling overall nauseous and itchy. I reported it to Wyndham and to the hotel management that I was sleeping on A biohazard risk mattress and I was ignored and I took a video and audio recording to my conversation and record and release it on social media. I reached out to win corporate office as well as talk to somebody on the phone and I never heard anything back from Anyone.

The bed was uncomfortable and noisy evertime you even moved. You could smell Marijuana throughout the whole hotel and it wasn't the cleanest! Definitely won't be staying there again! The shower ran out of hot water within 10 minutes of starting the shower.

Positive: The employees were great. The kids greeting me in the office were pretty cute. Negative: Nope. All in all as expected.

Absolutely disgusting. I didn't even know smoking rooms were still a thing. Trash all the way down the halls. Stopped in to check in before a wedding. They had to spray down the smoking room for us because we're non smokers, I asked to use the restroom, I was handed a key for a trashed room they must use to stock excess things. It was absolutely disgusting, once we stepped into our room we left & booked somewhere else. We had a free room there & still chose to leave. I absolutely do not recommend.
