Park "La Bonita" (MHC)

The park doesn't look like the pics they post at ALL! I almost popped my tire on these roads and they're raising the rent for what?! This only a couple spots, I will post more. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend to anyone.

This place is a dump. The online reservation system was relatively simple and based on the rules, we thought it would be a fairly modern park. The site map indicated 3 vacancies, but the selector never moved when I chose different numbers, so I chose the default, site 20, which was between 2 trailers. I refuse to say "mobile home". There was an inordinate amount of language devoted to dog policy. We don't have a pet, so it didn't apply. You pay online. There is a no refund policy. Which I would have requested upon arrival,could d I have found the office. The office is not clearly marked as such. As we were leaving, I saw an "open" sign by the laundromat. I assume this is the office. When we came in it said "closed". We weren't sure if it was an office or if the laundry facili

We spent over 2 years at this park for a contract job in the area. The first year was under other ownership than current owner, and the difference between the the two was night and day. When the manager Malena took over, the park improved dramatically. Issues were resolved, clean up and improvements have and continue to be made. Malena is attentive and helpful to your needs while still being sure rules and requirements are being met. If you are looking for a decently priced RV or mobile home spot in Norfolk, NE, I’d recommend this one.

The park is undergoing a nice renovation. We arrived after hours and in the dark having difficulty finding our way due to the construction. Malena said to call anytime, so we did. She met us and directed us thru the park until we found a site with full hook ups. She came back the next morning to check on us - so kind. We camped at La Bonita for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. It’s located conveniently in Norfolk, close to restaurants and shops. Once the renovation is complete, this will be a 5 star stay.

Malena the park manager is very professional and very easy to work with ! I have been working with Malena to help create a more safe and clean place for the residents to live . We have been working on spay and neutering all of the community cats in the area to help control the over population ! Malena has been very helpful in working with me on my project . She truly cares about the residents and making the park the most enjoyable and safe place to live ! She is passionate about updating the park for the residents ! I can definitely tell a difference in the overall appearance of the park since Malena took over as the Manager! I highly recommend Malena if you are interested in residing at La Bonita Park in Norfolk !
