Hampton Inn Norfolk

Really enjoyed our stay. It was a very last minute stay for a family emergency and this hotel worked out perfectly. Jon at the Front desk was great and the hotel was very clean. Fitness center was way nicer than expected making me wish I brought my work out clothes. The pool was closed the morning we checked out for maintenance, but we understand things happen. We would 100% stay here again.

One of the best Hamptons we've stayed in! Recently renovated with everything new and contemporary. CLEAN rooms, GREAT customer service and HOT breakfast! The only "complaints" I have is that the pool is small (perfect for young children) and the ice machine wasn't working on floor 1. The shallowest part of the pool was 3 feet and the deepest was 4 feet with a small length in size. My 10 year old daughter spent 20ish minutes in it and was done with it. Overall, clean & "new".

This Hampton has been recently remodeled, and the job was superb. Very clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable. Deb rocked the breakfast bar while Jon was great at the desk.

Our family recently stayed at Norfolk Hampton Inn due to a loss of our Dad and Brother! It was a difficult sad time for our family. We had several rooms all together which we much appreciated. The staff went over and beyond to comfort and assist our family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was always prepared with many delicious options. We want to thank Janie the General Manager, Jon, Brittney, Camille, David, and Matt working the front desk. Michelle and Debbie with breakfast. Doug with maintenance and Maria with housekeeping. Came to Norfolk for a funeral. The guy at check in was so sweet and polite. He made check in quick and easy. Breakfast was delicious! Young lady at the front desk was very friendly. The room was great! It was quiet and comfortable. Ya’ll made our sad trip better with your amazing hospitality ♥️ after a 6+ hour drive this was exactly what we needed! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice hotel in the Norfolk area. 10/10!!
