Super 8 by Wyndham Missoula/Brooks Street

I seldom complain. All I want is a bed, and tv. This place was bad. Dirty hallways, rugs stained in room. TV only worked part of time. Outside lock on alternative entry doors was broken. Toilet needed at least 2 flushes and was slow. Staff was ok, bed ok, fairly quiet. Breakfast also ok This hotel is old but some basic things could keep it alive a few more years. The price is good but one gets what they pay for. I wouldn't stay there again...and I am happy with most!

The lobby smelled and the front desk staff was more interested in people on the phone then people in the lobby. People in the lobby were lefting waiting. This place is aweful. They need to hire new front desk staff. My wife and kids used to want to stay here not anymore. If you don't like kids you should not be working at the front desk in a hotel. Staff is no longer inviting. Our room smelled like urine and there was a wet dog smell but it was not a pet room. The women who said she was in charge could not be bothered with my feedback and ignored me. My advice is don't stay here.

The place is very well run. Modest rates. Managed excellently. Solid housekeeping and maintenance ...staff all around is full of hardwokers and good decisions. I've stayed here, forever it seems, for the current work-stay, and I am still very impressed.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Carpet smelled like pet urine. Hardly any toliet paper. Even though we were hardly there for 2 days. We had to use kleenex. Lady that checked us in was rude. The breakfast was terrible.

Easy access to heart of Missoula. Beautiful park in down town. Great to be able to bring our dog. Breakfast had healthy options. The hotel Staff was very pleasant, allowed for early Check in. Comfortable rooms for the price. It also had laundry options which was great for our ski trip.
