Super 8 by Wyndham Louisville/Expo Center

The room is adequate, nice sized and clean. I would suggest having maintenance inspect the rooms, I stepped on a screw that was coming loose from the threshold but it wasn't an issue. The hostesses were pleasant and the breakfast was adequate at best. (If you like cereal and undercooked pancakes) The intersection outside the hotel was constantly busy with people not respecting sleeping visitors at all hours of the night. Not the hotel's fault but it was overly loud at times.

Staff at the front desk not professionally dressed & neither friendly or helpful. When asked anything about the hotel they shrugged their shoulders & stated they couldn't help us & we would have to ask the manager who would be in "tomorrow". Two different days we were told the same thing-the manager wasn't there but would be in tomorrow. We explained there was no soap or shampoo in our room & were handed one tiny bar of soap. When we told them there was no shower curtain in our room we were handed a shower curtain which we had to install ourselves. Breakfast was disappointing to say the least. The sign in the lobby referred to it as the "Super Star Breakfast" however it consisted of 2 types of cold cereal, a loaf of bread, tiny packets of jam and peanut butter, pre-packaged fruit bars a

Very low water pressure! Little to no breakfast, no room service provided, 2 towels provided for a 2 queen bed room. Clerk was rude and disrespectful when I inquired about the towels. Will. It return Wanted to charge $50 additional per hour for early checkout in and late check out. No matter the rewards level.

Other than being close to the airport , there is nothing to say good. Super 8 use to be the king of the motel 8 brand. This isn't a 1 star hotel 60$ deposit at the desk for a room booked online with a card ?! What's that ? Room has an odor , pillows are small and uncomfortable, beds are hard . Furnishings are outdated..... Maybe if it was 1970 this would be a 2 star Laminate flooring in room and hallway with thick carpet which sucks for a roller bag to roll on . I'll sleep in my car before using this place again

Only thing great about this place is the location to the expo center. The place was outdated and in desperate need of repairs. The hallway smelled like smoke and the room wasn't cleaned. Checked out early and they still charged my card. Never got my refund.
