Super 8 by Wyndham Louisville Airport

Awful hotel. Do not stay here if you have a choice. The halls stink, rooms with doors propped open people cooking on hot plates. You can smell cigarette smoke coming from various rooms despite the 100% non smoking signs. Individual smoking marijuana directly outside the only entrance. Sheets were stained and had something stuck to them. Bathroom is moldy with broken/loose floor tiles. Toilet is loose and moves. Ceiling of the room has various spots of dirt/dust/cobwebs/mold. No trash can in the room. Red stain on the wall, unsure what it is......Just an absolute awful experience. If we had any other choice we would have moved to another hotel but we had to stay for an event at the expo center.

For the $, this was an excellent choice. Owner is extremely hands on and runs a tight ship. She intervened and changed our room from the 3rd to the 1st floor. This was a very clean Hotel. Very convenient to the airport. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Positive: Price Negative: It's run down doors don't close. Check in time should be 4 pm. TV didn't not work. Would not even let me stay another hour over that's not allowed even after I was told I could. Because I had to wait an hour for Check in

Worst Place I’ve Ever Seen – Avoid at All Costs! (Even if its free it doesn't worth hurting your soul by entering this place!) This is not a hotel, it’s a nightmare. The place was filthy beyond belief — the mattress was stained with blood, the bathroom pipe was completely blocked with dirty water sitting in the tub, and the tiles were broken everywhere. The door was damaged, and there were strands of hair all over the bed and desk. I asked and changed the room but the new room was exactly the same (unbelievable but true!) The environment felt unsafe and chaotic, with people wandering in and out freely, including what seemed to be homeless individuals entering the breakfast area. Speaking of breakfast, it was a complete joke — cheap, stale donuts from Walmart that even those passing throu

As soon as we walked in our room, we walked right back out and asked for our money back! Do not recommend at all. The room smelled like mildew, the was a spider web hanging from the light above the sink, there was mold all under the AC unit which was clearly leaking into the floor, the room smelled like mildew because the whole corner of the room was soaked in the nasty carpet, the was a black mark above the shower that easily wiped off with a wet rag but I guess the cleaners didn’t see it, they also didn’t see the cookie wafers, coke bottle and plate under the bed either. I wouldn’t trust it here at all.
