Super 8 by Wyndham Liberal KS

I had stayed here once before and I had really enjoyed the service and room, however when I booked here again and was scheduled for a late arrival, there was no one at the desk. I understand it was late hours due to it being 1am, there was note at the front desk stating they’d be back soon with a phone number. I called the number once and assumed they must have been on break or just asleep so I waited several minutes before returning for there to still be no one. I waited over an hour with no service, called multiple times to the number that was left and emailed, texted and called the company property with no success. I am now waiting and hoping I will get a free cancellation and won’t be charged for a room I wasn’t even able to stay in.

Sandra, our check-in clerk was more than pleasant and accommodating. While it is being updated there are certain aspects of the property that look tired, ie well worn cabinetry in breakfast area, tv that wouldn’t shut off (so we unplugged it) plus the picture starting to fade, some well used towels etc, scuffs on walls etc. What is there is clean however. Only real negative is the rear entrance door and/or room doors banging shut at 6 AM made for an early morning (inconsiderate guests). The lovely firm mattress and fluffy feeling pillows made for a wonderful night’s sleep! Despite the early rise, I awoke well rested! For price point and convenient location with parking for trucks & trailers, it works. That’s what brought us in. I must say the staff make the place. They are all pleasant

Sandra was wonderful! She helped us get our reservation completed at the best price possible and addressed all of our concerns. I would highly recommend her as a valued employee!

The staff was very accommodating when we arrived at 8pm. Easy access as its right on Hwy54 the rooms were clean, the only issue was at 6am we had a cold shower. We would stay there again
