Hampton Inn & Suites Liberal

we have stayed at different hotels all over the world and mostly stay at Hilton properties. This one is clean and kept in good shape, indoor pool. A great value while traveling

Took 4th floor away from elevator which is usually good. Rooms immaculate and beds very very comfy and great hot breakfast…wonderful front desk too great location off main road

Positive: I liked that the hotel allowed pets. Negative: Our bathroom floor felt very weak & sank when you stepped on it. In the shower, the tub also sank in. The front desk changed our room & we experienced the same with that bathroom, but not as severe. The AC did not work. For $150, it was not worth it.

I have usually had great experiences with Hamptons but this leaves a little to be desired. I upgraded to a suite to have a little more room. First thing was the sheets on the bed didn’t fit as they were too small for the mattress. There was only one trash can I found so I put that on the counter in the kitchen to avoid walking around the bed to get rid of trash. As a diabetic I have needles to dispose of and discovered they have no sharps containers. Most all Hamptons have a decent breakfast that a diabetic can eat because carbs is the enemy. They had nothing but carbs except the sausage. What a disappointing hotel.

GORGEOUS. The lobby is incredible and great view of the mountains. Rooms were very nice and clean - tub needed a bit of work in our particular room, but someone literally came at like midnight and scrubbed our tub for us. (It did in fact end up being dirty) and we felt so bad, but tipped her because we really appreciated that the hotel sent someone to do that so late 🙏🏻 The only thing is that they charge a parking fee of $15 per night. 😬 You can just park nearby, but pro-tip: its actually illegal to tow your car if there aren't posted signs. 🤷‍♀️ Do with that info what you will!
