Comfort Suites Liberal North

The lobby was very nice and clean. Awesome work out area! The room was clean except for a stained towel. The pool was very cloudy but was a great temperature for a swim. The bad, The hot tub looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while, I hadn't realized it until after I was in it already. Chunks of hair floating and black algae around the lights.

No complain. Place is nice and clean. People working on reception are very nice. Everything was nice and smooth. I think only one thing was on weak side. Breakfast. I'm a bit spoiled from European hotels. But I will always gladly choose American people to have around me.

Positive: Location, Size of rooms. Negative: No extra blanket in room .Housekeeping knocked on our door 3Xs on the morning of check out starting at 8am with checkout of 11am.Couldn't turn the fan off in the bathroom ( so the noise was annoying)

The person checking us in could not find the reservation so she booked another room which resulted in us getting double billed for the same evening. I called my credit card and they did not charge me. The date was Dec. 29th. This also happened to us last Nov. We have not had any problems staying at other Choice Hotels. We will no longer stay at this hotel because of the employee that does not know her job. Wayne and Mary Wilhelmi

This location is kinda outside of the city. But the nice thing is there are dining options nearby. We arrived later in the evening around 10-11pm. We had two different stays here in the course of a week. Both times the staff appeared quickly to check us in. They seemed pleasant even given the late hour. The rooms were great I only wish we would have had more time to enjoy them. The rooms were very clean and well stocked with soap and towels. For the continental breakfast I really enjoyed the fact they have an earlier start during the week. It’s great for a working person that needs to be on the road. The only complaint was when we had a room on the third floor there was a banging noise on the ceiling at 3:30am. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again.
