Garner Hotel Liberal North by IHG

Best beds EVER! WOW. We've stayed at at least 13 hotels on this trip and THIS ONE, was #1. This hotel was such a great find! Rooms are spotless, updated and quiet. Wonderful staff. CRYSTAL was a gem and checked us (and pups) in, after 8 hours on the road. Great huge "walkable" grass area on west side. Ample parking, great bfast, freshly ground (from beans) coffee! Wish more hotels were like this! Thank you!

Rented this room specifically for its location, breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub. Location was good, breakfast was limited but doable, the pool was so cold and there wasn’t a hot tub. They’ve done some obvious updates and overall the hotel was fairly clean and nice. Our room; that’s a different story, found a pill on the floor just under the edge of the bed, the window was missing a side metal edge so it had a gap and let a lot of cold air in. There were two locks on the window and only one latched, didn’t give me a very safe feeling, especially on bottom floor at back of hotel.

WATCH YOUR BILL!!!!!!!!|We booked room #101 the bunkhouse directly with the hotel.|When we arrived, they put us in a totally different room and said that we didn't reserve room #101.|Which we did!|The room they put us in was too small for the family, so they put us in a suite and told us the room was going to be discounted. It wasn't!!!!|We had to have our key reactivated every day because it didn't work.|The day we left the elevator was broke and we had to make several trips down the stairs from the 3rd floor with all our belongings.|We got notification that our credit card was charged for the 3 nights that they quoted us when we made reservations...then they charged us an extra $126.00 the 2nd day.|We called and spoke with the manager Jennifer and she denied that they charged us 2 separa

All I wanted was someplace clean… It was very clean. I felt very safe. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again. And it’s a very good value for the money.

Check in with super easy and a smiling face greeted us. I love good customer service. The hotel was super nice and has a gym and indoor pool. The room was well equipped with a microwave refrigerator. It was also super clean and stocked. Would recommend this hotel to any traveler.
