Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Liberal

We checked in late last night and the attendant was less than accommodating and could barely speak a full sentence. The only thing she really said was the elevator is over there. I asked about parking and which way the room is and she only said elevator that way and pointed. Rooms clean but bed uncomfortable, all pillows flat, and sheets itchy. Nice breakfast.

Had a wonderful stay while moving across country. I have stayed at at least 4 other Fairfield’s and this was the nicest. I asked if it was new and she said no we have a great cleaning staff. She also told me about the new Dorothy shoe nearby I missed so saw it on my way out of town. I felt appreciated as a gold member upon check in. I enjoyed a large fitness facility and complete free breakfast.

Amazing stay at the Fairfield! The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful and ran from 6:00 am - 10:00 am so it fit with my weird schedule working nights. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had plenty of parking.

Great place to stay. Our second time in three months and service has been consistently great. Clean. Comfortable. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The rooms and hotel well maintained. Coronavirus sanitation and protection is top of mind and evident. Breakfast carry-out bags appreciated (would rate differently if had food options) We will continue to make this a stop on our “commute” to and from Arizona. C

New hostess, took 30 minutes to check in. Her account was expired, had to cask supervisor. Used supervisors credentials to login. Kept going to separate computers to check us in.
