Super 8 by Wyndham Knoxville West/Farragut

Great value for a clean room. No rugs! We got exactly what we were expecting: a clean room with decent beds. We arrived late and the clerk at the desk was very nice. The room had a fridge and microwave. Showerhead was great. It's a little dated but well maintained. We really like the location of this hotel since it was really easy to get back on I-75. The reason why I didn't give it a 5-star rating: breakfast was lacking fruit and yogourt choices. These were the options: waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal packets, juice and coffee. Also, the chair in my room had a big stain on it. Other than that, it was great!

I had an amazing experience staying here last night. The property is super clean, but what really stood out was the staff. I am currently in a transition period and they were incredibly accommodating, offering me a late checkout with no issues at all. When my ride was delayed, they let me wait in the lobby and were so friendly and professional about it. It’s rare to find this kind of genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this location.

Positive: It was reasonable per online reservation. Negative: Absolutely; The Staff Came to room& attempted Come IN room, while I was asleep. The Housekeeper Put mopping rag on mop IN Bath Sink!!! I'm sure it doesn't meet St Tn Protocols by the Health dept! At end of Stay, Insect crawled across Top of the Vanity!

At 10:30 a.m., a full 30 minutes before our 11:00 a.m. checkout time, my friend and I were packing up to leave when hotel staff began knocking on our door. We immediately called out multiple times, at least three or four, to let them know we were still inside. The TV was on and the doors are far from soundproof, so there is no reasonable excuse for not hearing us. Instead of moving on to another room, staff then attempted to open our door using a master key while we were still occupying and paying for the room. We had to physically shut the door ourselves to prevent them from entering. This was not a simple misunderstanding. It was a serious breach of privacy, completely unprofessional, and made us feel unsafe. No guest should have to worry about staff attempting to enter their room befo

I reserved a non smoking suite which was most accommodating for my family of 5. The room was clean and spacious, as well as the grounds. The free breakfast was served in an open and clean dining space, and was perfect for our family. I would definately stay here again when the time arises. |Only setbacks, 1. remote did not work for tv, so I stood there changing channels until we found something everyone would agree on. 2. There were bedding available for the pullout couch. Fortunately, I had extra blankets in the car. (Female employee was so sweet trying to help but a coworker had taken the supply room key home.)|Personal recommendation is to bring your own pillows,
