I was told that my $50 deposit would be refunded in 3 - 5 days. It never was. I managed to get a hold of a manager once. He told me he would ask the staff why there was a note not to refund me and never called me back. Later, someone else told me that a towel was missing. First of all, I never touched the towels, I don't like hotel towels. Second, I brought my own towel because I'm not a stick and standard towels don't fit me. Not only that, but my bags, which was a lunch bag and a small purse backpack were full of my clothes and medical supplies. I hd no room for a towel I don't even like. I have tried many times to reach a manager, but was always told he's not coming in or he will be in later (when I can't call). So if you stay here, be sure you can afford to lose the $50 deposit. I'd
Thanks for help in tough times (again)||Gratitude for a clean and comfortable place to rest tonight. Front desk gentleman is professional and polite. ||I appreciate you all.
Let me preface this by saying, this is a 2-star hotel and you get what you pay for. It wasn't the worst place we've ever stayed, but I don't know that I would stay here again. For the money, it wasn't horrible. This is a two-story hotel with no elevator, which is worth noting up front. The neighborhood felt a bit rough, so we requested an upstairs room for safety reasons. We stayed for a full week, but since we only had to carry our luggage up once, the lack of an elevator wasn’t a big issue for us. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Our room had a refrigerator but no microwave, which was a bit disappointing. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave in the breakfast room even outside of breakfast hours, which we appreciated. Breakfast was very basic—mai
Positive: This hotel offers both upstairs and downstairs rooms. This is great for those of us that have difficulty in climbing stairs due to health reasons. The staff is very friendly and make sure that you have everything you need in your room. Negative: ""
Owner deleted my original review. !!!!RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Front desk worker Charlie is a scam artist, I asked for my room serviced because it was filthy upon arrival. He started screaming at me. Room was absolutely disgusting and instead of helping me he had a tantrum. What was supposed to be a cheap night ended up almost being 3x what I imagined. Do not come here place is not safe, or clean, and service is even worse. I have provided photos. Owner please do not delete my message again as I am genuinely trying to warn fellow travelers trying to save a dollar. DO NOT COME HERE.
