CRAZY WORK! I requested more towels the morning of our stay (after being there one night). I never got new towels, AT ALL, like zero. I went thru a three day stay (two nights) with no towels after giving my two towels to the housekeeping (WHO WAS VERY NICE). And am now being charged $10 for a blood stained towel. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR OWN TOWELS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU MORE. And they will apparently charge you for ANYTHING. The breakfast is okay enough. Basic. Minimal options. And ends early (9:00 am). Rooms are fine for the price. Nothing fancy but they have a microwave and a fridge. The pool is decent. My kids enjoyed themselves but the pool towels are small. Again... MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS. I won't stay here again if I'm in the area just based on the towel pol

Positive: Leaving!!!! Negative: Staff was rude. Room had burned out lights (1 bulb out of 4 worked) drug dealers in the parking lot, cops busting people. I highly recommend you stay somewhere else!!! We left after 1 hour and they refused a refund.

Room smelled like something died or rotting when walked in. Hotel ran out of clean towels and we only needed 3 extra. Front desk didn’t apologize or make effort to find anything to use for my kids to dry off from pool and shower. Breakfast was pretty much gone by 9am it went until 10am on weekends. House keeping as knocking on doors an hour and a half before check, trying to get in and clean. It was overall ok but spend a little extra for somewhere nicer and I am a budget person saying this.

It was in Kennewick Washington. Atmosphere was alright. Friendly and helpful. The room was ok. Kinda small and the bed not so comfy. However I Will say our room number was 222 so that was Kool. The value wasn't bad for the price. And it came with breakfast. So not too shabby. No noise complaints.

We stayed here December 12 on the 3rd floor in a room with a queen bed. The bed was comfy and the room was clean, quiet and pretty spacious for a budget motel. The mini-frig had a nice freezer section. The breakfast room was amply sized and had a decent selection of offerings, including hot buscuits and gravy(?-I didn't try this), waffles, cereal, fruit etc. Check-in and out was easy and staff was cordial. We would definitely stay here again-- good value for the money.
