Quality Inn & Suites Kennewick Tri-Cities

We checked in around 2:30pm on 11/10/21 the front desk girl was so nice and accommodating. We was kind and friendly and more than willing to help us change our room to a room with a tub. Her service really made a difference in our visit. Our room was clean and bigger than expected. Parking and surrounding area appeared safe.

Positive: Big rooms Negative: charged $50 room deposit for a 2 night stay. We went back to this motel Literally a couple hours after we checked out to stay additional days when we were told that we would have to now pay a $300 cash deposit because we were locals!!

Ripley and Jedelyn are both awesome! They both work it out with me. The room is clean and simple, but the one we reserved was not the one we received. It was very different from what was shown in the online pictures. They offer a basic continental breakfast. It might not work for us, but it doesn't mean it won't work for others. They have a water filter; it's showing green, but the taste says something else. The parking lot is safe.

The customer service are awesome and we would like to give appreciation to Ripley and Jadelynn who are both awesome, kind, and friendly to us. We appreciate their help. We especially appreciate Jadelynn for accommodating our room preference. It was better than the last time we were here. We also appreciate your changing our shower curtain after my husband talked to the manager that day.

The smell if my initial room was over powered by a heavy “fall like” fragrance. It gave me a headache and I needed up having to change rooms. The walls were also so thin I could hear people doing intimate things which was disturbing. The front desk employee was very kind and accommodating.
