Hampton Inn Kennewick at Southridge

Rooms are always clean. Free Tesla charging. But what really makes it 5 stars is the front desk person, Leslie. I stay there regularly for work and every time she goes the extra mile for me and it’s super appreciated. She has waters waiting for me, lets me know when the charger is free.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hamptom Inn. They are convenient to the Interstate with restaurants nearby. They are pet-friendly so we took our two Border Collies with us. (They had packages of doggie treats at the front desk. :) ) When reserving the room, the woman asked if we wanted a room with a small couch in it. "Your dogs need to be comfortable too!" :) Our room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping had gone the extra mile by folding a flower on the toilet paper and kleenix box. Not important to many people, I'm sure, but it shows pride in work and care for your customers.|Front desk personnel were welcoming and efficient. The room had many comfortable amenities such as lots of easy access plug-ins and shampoo and conditioner mounted in the shower and lotion mounted

Positive: Staff Negative: Rooms need a facelift. Refer leaky. Coffee maker in rooms were cheap. No internet and no compensation for it

This place is now in my favorites. Super clean in the lobby and hallways. This hotel is 8 years old and still looks new. My room was super clean and perfect. The free breakfast was on point. Biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon and potatoes, and a bunch of the other norms. They have 2 flavors of waffles too. Everything worked well and tasted good. Very polite front desk. There were so many outlets in my room and around 10 USB ports for charging. Fridge, coffeepot, etc. thanks

This is a newer Hampton Inn with all of the more modern conveniences that one finds these days in a 3 star hotel. The hotel has 4 floors, and I pre-reserved a room on the 4th floor away from the highway. It was totally quiet. The room and bathroom were both exceptionally clean. I was able to adjust the HVAC unit to a temperature I was comfortable with. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.||Breakfast buffet was typical for Hampton Inn, with cheese omelets, sausage links and roasted potatoes. Fresh honeydew melons were a nice touch. Waffles, cereals, yogurts, and multiple choices of breakfast breads were all offered. You won't go hungry at breakfast. And it's all complimentary. I appreciated that the buffet was available between 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.||There's a good fitness room wi
