La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kennewick

Positive: Location and beds weren’t bad Negative: Pictures are misleading it’s half updated. Carpet covered in stains. Old shower full of mold and chemicals smells in bathroom. Very overpriced

Seal on refrigerator is off, coffee pot is missing one of the feet, so it tips, the blind chords are broken off the wall, holes in the bathroom wall, and some of the wall board coming off around the shower. Mattress had our feet higher than our heads and the pillows sucked they were flat and hard. No luggage rack which in the era of bedbugs is a huge no no. On the flip side, the room was clean and the staff are excellent. Continental breakfast looked amazing and the lobby is very clean and welcoming. Hallways are nice and clean stairs and elevators too. The grounds are very nice and they were very welcoming of our pets. When they say soundproof rooms they mean that other than doors closing couldn't hear a thing. We'll definitely stay here again just might bring my own pillows.

Flo at the front desk was awesome - she deserves a bonus and a raise! Super welcoming, knowledgeable and recommended Hops n Drops when we asked about a good place for dinner. That restaurant has a huge menu and was delicious. It will be our go-to when we're in the area from now on, try it if you have a chance!|Breakfast was the normal La Quinta items plus fresh salsa, cheese and tortillas to make burritos; 3 kinds of fruit to go on the waffles and more choices of yogurt than other places.|The room was clean and spacious. Our one complaint is that the heat/cool wall unit is only 6-8" from the side of the bed. We had to turn it off because it was blowing directly onto my husband as he was trying to sleep. Changing to adjustable vents or installing a deflector would help a lot.

My stay was in okay. Three issues. The A/C & or heater wasn’t working. The shower had mold The walls were not thick enough to mask noise from neighboring rooms. The positive. Breakfast was good.

Hello, I just want to THANK La Quinta Inn & Suites for the Stupendous service I received! Very friendly, polite and helpful service! I was on a hunt to find a Hotel who reserves their pool service/event room for my 2 children’s birthday party and they delivered! Event room was a good size and pool was fun! On their website they have not updated the website since remodel, so my husband was sad there was no jacuzzi but overall great service! Manager was really flexible and accommodating! Receptionist I wish I would have gotten their names but they were very friendly staff! Thank you for great hospitality and for making my children’s birthday party an enjoyable experience! I hope to see you guys in September again!!!
