This place deserves 10 stars in my opinion. I booked my room online via Priceline today. Coming from driving all yesterday morning and all day into the night 22 hours to be exact I was absolutely exhausted. The gal with the glasses that sits in the front desk, I don’t know her name, but she went above and beyond the call of duty such actions like this needs to be recognized for a commitment to customer service after explaining everything, she immediately got me into a nice room. Everything was perfect and the room is so comfortable and clean. The hot shower has plenty of pressure. I just really appreciate this type of service. I was absolutely exhausted and the last thing I wanted to do was wait around until check-in time but but she was able to get me in and it was just perfect. I will

Stayed one night on Saturday, November 8th, 2025. ||Room 104, right next door to the breakfast area on the first floor.||Check-in was great, Georgie gave us the room discount advertised that somehow didn’t get applied online. ||We dropped off our bags in our room and directly walked over to Dennys for a meal after a 14 hour day of driving. ||Once we were back in our room we started getting settled in and had to kill two spiders right away. Then two cockroaches. All were on the floor. Then as I sat on the bed a big cockroach walked across my pillow and my Husband knocked it off and killed that one. Then we saw cockroaches crawling on the wall and those were killed. ||We made sure all of our bags were zipped up tight so no bugs could get into them. Our ice chest was closed tight for the

Positive: Easy check our, trailer parking Negative: There was a loud high pitch noise in the room that kept going off and waking us up and the beds were so high that I had to buy my mother a step stool so that she could get in. The Hot Hreakfast was cereal and coffee.

Great location right off the Interstate. Friendly staff allowed us to check in early and gave us a room that had just been cleaned. Continental breakfast ok. Excellent customer service and plenty of restaurants and shopping within blocks.

Hotel was easy to get to and parking was easy. This is a non-smoking hotel, and you know how some people try to 'sneak' in a smoke and the hotels smell stale because they are trying to get rid of the smell? Not here! Entrance door, halls, and room smelled fresh! Bed was comfy and shower pressure great! Staff was so friendly and helpful! We will stay here again!
