Homewood Suites by Hilton Joplin, MO

Just got back from our stay at Homewood Suites Joplin. This hotel deserves all the great reviews placed here on Google. We stayed here on the day of a tornado watch in the area. We were met by Jodie at the front desk. Big shout-out to Jodie. She was so informative about the area as we planned on attending an event later that evening. She made sure we were aware of the weather situation and told us how the hotel was prepared and ready for any eventuality. Our room was perfect- modern and super clean. Every team member we encounter greeted us with a smile. We usually don't eat hotel breakfasts' but on Jodie's recommendation we did and it was top notch. A great stay if you're in the area. Right off of 44 and close to everything.

If there was a way to give this location and it’s AMAZING staff 1,000 stars it still wouldn’t be enough. My husband and I are very familiar with life on the road for work and as such have stayed at countless properties. During our most recent business trip we chose this property based on location and the reviews. We had a potential hiccup in our trip after booking and our concerns were immediately calmed and accommodated by the manager Kristen and her dedication to true customer service. We were greeted with such warmth and hospitality by everyone at the property that we felt right at home. The property is meticulously maintained by an incredible group of people in housekeeping who always have a smile and friendly conversation. This was the best place to stay! We felt comfortable and welcome and well taken care of. All staff were kind, knowledgable and great at their jobs. it was clean, professional and fun! We look forward to staying again the next time we pass by and would go out of our way to get this hotel agian! The GM, Krista was particularly pleasant and helpful.

Passing through. Picked this one based on the reviews and the price. It was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fresh cookies for the kids. Pool was a little cold. Hot tub was perfect. Had beers and ice cream for sale in the lobby. Nice. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. I loved this hotel.
