Holiday Inn Joplin by IHG

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Joplin. The hotel has been well maintained and it really shows everything feels fresh and high quality. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable with decent water pressure and great AC. On top of that, the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I stayed at both the Holiday Inn and the Express in the parking lot next door. Both are solid options for Joplin. Highly recommend if you’re in the Joplin area!

The hotel isocated in the city suburbs on a convenient location with many restaurant around in walking distance. In a matter of soundproofing the rate is really low and it affects you if you are really tired. Really|Kind front desk, but breakfast is really|POOR. We asked for some bacon 45 min. before the buffet closing and there was no refill at all. Everybody can live without bacon, but refill is necessary especially if the guests request comes 45 mins. before buffet closing.

As a continued Diamond member what always stands out most importantly is the customer service. Stephanie was above and beyond the 5 stars I’m giving. Thank you! The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room was spacious and very quiet for those light sleepers. Breakfast in the morning was a buffet style hot/cold array. The parking lot was lit well. The hotel was in a good area pushed back off a main road. I highly recommend if you’re in the Joplin area that you stay! Thank you for your hospitality.

This hotel was much needed. This was our third night on our road trip across country and the first 2 nights had horrible beds and bland hotel breakfasts. This Holiday inn had COMFORTABLE BEDS. Finally a good night sleep 😴. And an actual restaurant with warm croissants, breakfast burritos and so much more delicious food. And the staff was so kind and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again if we pass through Joplin again.

Positive: "" Negative: My wife doesn't like cats and is allergic to them. Well they have a cat roaming the lobby when I told staff they didn't care and said he lives in the lobby the cat was also walking all around the restaurant while we was eating breakfast
