Thought about doing this for a long time now but feel I had to warn and save anybody from a horrible experience hopefully. It would be a book to tell all the hateful nasty uncalled for things that was said to me from the manager. It’s really hard to understand why a person would enjoy seeing someone suffer from threats of being thrown off the property from the Sheriff's was often mostly rent time Ladonna insulted and manipulated with words to humiliate and traumatize me into submission to do as she said or else. Ladonna is just a bad person the 16 month nightmare cost $12,700.00 at $750.00 a month and without warning wrote a hand written letter that I didn’t see until after telling me that I had to leave by 3pm or she was calling the cops. Great place to stay, calm environment and friendly staff. The grounds are kept clean and is a nice quiet place. The geese are great to watch and relax. Manager is friendly and informative of activities nearby to enjoy. Maintenance man is a great guy and always willing to help if needed. I will definitely stay again!

Quiet park with excelent amenities ,restrooms showers and laundry. located between two cities neosho and joplin mo. Each with a good selection of resteraunts and shoping. The park itself has a small man made lake , as well as several access points to live water along shoal creek valley For canoeing and kyaking and fishing would 10/10 recomend for short or long term stays

The staff is very helpful. They went out of their way to assist us locate places and things to visit. The camp sites were clean and well maintained. Shower houses were very convenient to access w my wheel chair. The manager Ladonna seems to run a tight ship. I will deffinately b back next spring

Super friendly staff and very helpful. Is a nice relaxing place just off the highway makes it very convenient! Couldn't of asked for better place or experience then what I've had! Thank you LaDonna for all the help!
