Super 8 by Wyndham Hull Street Midlothian/Richmond Area

My stay at Super 8 was okay overall, but the check‑in experience definitely left a negative first impression. When I arrived, the front desk attendant was asleep and seemed irritated that I woke him up. He kept giving me an unfriendly look, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Once I got past that, the rest of the stay was fine, but the customer service at check‑in really needs improvement. A more welcoming attitude would make a big difference for guests arriving after a long trip.

For tge price and type of Motel, definitely well worth it!! Clean room, clean shower, water pressure not that great though. This place has nice staff that obviously works hard to make it as nice as possible. Very well lit parking lot, I'm staying as a woman alone and fell 100% safe going out for a cigarette at night. Super close to all kinds of stores and restaurants! Will definitely be staying here again next year!

The room, bedding, and bathroom were Very clean! The price is also reasonable. It is located in a safe area. I was not hesitant about staying with my children. The pillows are soft and the bed clean and comfortable. I will stay again. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. And no funny smells!!

Positive: Small property. Had a clean fresh scent in the room. Negative: Top and bottom sheets had decent sized stains

The room was dirty. Stains on the sheets and towels. Appeared as if someone had slept in one of the beds. The other had stains all over the sheets. The first bed had like leteral a human imprint on the mattress. The room reeked of weed and the hallway smelled like someone maybe multiple someone’s had peed in the hallway. The bathroom had what looked like poop on the bathroom walls. I tried to inform staff but was basically blown off. They listened to me but did nothing to rectify the situation. It was one of the worst stays of my life.
