Sleep Inn & Suites Harbour Pointe

I had to make a group reservation over the phone for my team, who were in town for a tournament. Every hotel in the area was booked, and this was the first one I found that had the number of rooms we needed with two double beds available. The woman I spoke with on the phone was great to work with, and the staff at the hotel were just as helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were spotless. I especially appreciated that they called me after we checked out to let me know one of my players had left his AirPods in the room. They offered to hold them at the front desk and even ship them if needed—that kind of service really stands out. My experience at this property, where I typically stay several times a year because of its proximity to family, is always great. I'm grateful to be able to count on that kind of quality stay - from check-in, to lying in a comfortable bed, to a wonderful breakfast provided by the always-attentive staff, to the overall cleanliness of the property (which is high!). I would never want to stay anywhere else in the Midlothian area.

Positive: The room is nicely appointed. Negative: The shower did not drain properly and was practically overflowing onto the floor. The heat barely worked from the noisy wall a/c unit. The manager is beyond rude and unhinged. Worst experience I've ever had and I travel a lot for work.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. I stayed 3 nights and was very grateful that the room was available. The breakfast was plentiful with many choices and the area was kept very clean and today.
