La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Richmond-Midlothian

The hotel was amazing.. Better than expected.. Kinda wish I could have stayed an additional night. Bed was amazing comfortable, breakfast was great. The only suggestion I have is that the curtains need to be thicker/less revealing, especially on the first floor.. You could practically see everything outside and I'm sure folks could easily see inside the room... Lack of privacy.. Aside from that, I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and presented well. The staff was awesome. The breakfast is a continental type and was average. The room was clean but the furniture was worn and in need of attention. Overall, good value for the money.

Positive: "" Negative: No hot water in shower. Ran 20 minutes still chilly. Tried every setting. Cold setting very cold. Sink hot in 10 seconds. How is that? Room little smelly.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel nightly rate wasn't overpriced and location was good - close to plenty of dining and shopping. Breakfast options need some improvement.

Check in was good. Hair in the tub. Asked to clean and whomever this guy is at the front desk at 8pm on December 19, 2025 left in a rude manner when told he missed some hair in the tub. He cleaned it and walked out with a TERRIBLE attitude! It’s not my fault that YOUR housekeeping staff didn’t look behind themselves. Will NEVER book this hotel again. There was no need for you to get an attitude. The only reason we had to book a hotel is because my sister is in the heart hospital fighting for her life.!
