Rooms could be painted and a little cleaner. Outdated but no bugs 😁.

Recently stayed there for 3 days working in Hopewell Va. Cost $40.68 a night. This price includes tax. The room was old and worn but VERY clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. Asked for more towels and received them immediately. Considering some of my experiences I would say it was worth the cost and then some.

It’s hidden off the main road and quiet back there! I stayed for a while the owners arnt hard to get along with only hard to understand! Not the cleanest but no bugs and definitely budget friendly so overall I kinda enjoyed my stay!

Worst experience of my travel lifetime. Husband and I have been staying at various hotels just to get away. He checked in and waited for me to get off work - a last minute work task kept me longer than expected and there was a chance I wouldn’t make it. If that had been the case he would have headed home. Instead, when I went to register at the front desk, the attendant started screaming and became very belligerent. He basically threw the registration card back at my husband and demanded we vacate the room despite the fact that our licenses listed the same house and our names match. Never again!! Avoid at all cost!
