Super 8 by Wyndham Fort Myers

The first night I was woken out of my sleep at 2 AM and some people were fighting outside making all kinds of noise until 3:30 in the morning. I couldn’t go back to sleep that night then I realized that the phone don’t work in my room so I gave the phone to the front desk person. He told me the maintenance guy would bring me another phone which never happens. I stayed three nights there then there’s a bunch of burn holes in the in the blankets the sheets the bed had stains all over it, the pillow had stains on it when I stripped the bed.

This had to be the worst stay I've ever experienced at a Super8. Please avoid if at all possible. The website states that coffee and coffee pot is available in the room. NO. I had to ask for a TV remote. No breakfast at this dump. I opened a dresser drawer and the bottom of the drawer was gone. No soap, shampoo, etc. BAD, BAD.

Due to unforseen circumstances we had to cancel, The staff made checkin and check out very easy and processes or cancelation and refund with no problems what so ever.

Service sux. I had to go buy towels because they wouldn't bring fresh ones. Supposed to have free breakfast but nope. Don't even come for the trash. Never stay again

My advice to you is DO NOT stay here. It smells so bad once you enter the lobby especially the rooms. The reciptionist tried to put me in 3 different rooms but I end up left because all of them were the same. A lot of roaches, the rooms says nonsmoking but the bed sheets have some cigarettes burn and smells like someone just finished smoke in there, they also have some kind of white powder on the sheets (dont know what). One of the rooms have water on the floor from the door all the way to the bathroom. The guy that helped me was very polite and respectful but the problem is the motel needs to renovate and the housekeepers need to do their job good.
