Super 8 by Wyndham Denton

Found bed bugs in our first room employee acted like it was no big deal. Offered us a new room. We took the 2ed room and found bed bugs and snack cakes in the bed.. do not recommend.

Difficulty checking in, no answers when room got hot at night and the in-unit AC was unresponsive.Went down to the front desk, which was very excellent at assisting with change at checkin details for us- but there wasnt anyone there nor any sign about being in break. I went outside for a drink across the street, and I had a chat with a coworker I ran into at the Caseys gas station and returned a total if 25 minutes after I left the Super 8 and still didnt see anyone.Everything else was perfect but waking up three times in sweats, and calling the front desk two of those times to no avail- was concerning because any of the other time- such as in the morning before check-out; staff was fantastically attentive- but not 24/7

Location is great and the price is ok. The manager is friendly but not overly and the first night the bugs crawled out of everywhere. Housekeepers especially the short girl, who likes to come into your room while your there. Makes me question what would she do if I had not been there? Still haven't received my points like the manager said he would take care of.

Super 8 by Wyndham in Denton was not super. The first room they gave us had a toilet that wouldn't flush and a broken air conditioner. The hotel was hot and smelled like mold. The non-smoking rooms smelled like mold, cigarette smoke, and a sweaty gym locker room. The sheets were stained and there were cigarette holes in the bedding in all the rooms we tried. The last room had four roaches on the walls when we walked in. I killed them, but when I went into the restroom and a huge roach flew at me and landed on my arm, I knew I couldn't stay. The front desk asked if I wanted to try another room, but I requested a refund. It was almost midnight and I knew I would rather sleep in my car.

This is a HORRIBLE place to stay. Front desk gal lied to us multiple times! Put us in a room that key card reader didn’t work. Was told she’d have someone put new batteries in it. NEVER happened. Went back down to front desk to complain and she said she only had 1 room left. Room 200 so we moved into it. I pulled the blankets down on the bed and moved one of the pillows to find a BED BUG! Where there is one there is more. I called the front desk and told her there were bed bugs and she told me she would be right up. Waited 10 minutes she didn’t show, my aunt then found a cockroach. I called back to the front desk and she told me she was the only one at the front desk and couldn’t come up so I went down to her to get a refund. Mind you, we had 2 rooms rented, 1 for my daughter in law and gr
