We couldn't even stay. Filthy gross room and bathroom. Left immediately and was told room would not be refunded. We didn't care! Thats how bad it was. Deserves zero stars. If you do stay make sure to check out the pool! Expedia, please remove this dump from your website and do us all a favor.

One of the worst hotel rooms I have ever been in. It looked like the sheets/bedding hadn't even been washed; there were roaches in the bathroom sink, and a big dead one was left on the floor; hardly anything looked like it had been cleaned; and, to top it all off, the lock didn't work from the inside. As a woman traveling solo, I did not feel safe at all. I was put on the first floor next to a door that leads to the outside, and it was never locked on top of my own room door not locking. I didn't even try breakfast because I had already read the other reviews about it. The only good thing about this place is that the staff were nice. You definitely get what you pay for.

Room was not clean. Place has damage everywhere. Free breakfast is a joke. People are aloud to sleep in their cars on the property. This is a place you come for a couple of hours if you know what I mean. STAY AWAY!!

We booked this stay for the indoor pool and this is how it looked when we checked in. I ask the manager for a discount or credit or anything since the pool is shut down and online when you book it doesn’t say anything about the pool being shut down, only pictures of a beautiful indoor pool. The manager said he couldn’t do anything. When I called corporate, they said it is a franchise and the owner/manager would be the one to assist me and Wyndham is not responsible. I do not recommend staying here at all. I understand things break and stuff happens but you should be able to compensate your guest when something like this happens. Very disappointed.

Positive: The staff was extremely nice and helpful! The rooms were ok. Clean. TV was small. I would like to praise them for having a sugar free syrup option for breakfast! No other hotel I have stayed at had this! It is important to me as I am a diabetic! Negative: ""
