Super 8 by Wyndham Columbia SC / Ft. Jackson

Ok so if you book here, the rooms are adaquate,basic, no chair in room besides at desk, i had adaquate lights, plugs for electrical, the beds were clean sheets soft not too crisp, check in was easy quick, i had the room i reserved months ago, smoking and had service dog with me. I had no issueschecking in loved online check in and out. Staff very friendly, quiet hotel, not alot of street or um wierd people noises, this hotel is close to base, walmart sams any store restraunt you want, walking distance, or quick access to i77, downtown, there are pump soap shampoo conditioned in shower at sink, i had enough towels, my keys always worked, i had 6 night stay, the tv remote needed new batteries maitence came quickly, the small fridge didnt shut when we got here, the foots needed to be unscrewe

If I can give them a negative star I would. I booked this hotel for a military graduation this place is so nasty dirty disgusting I wanted a non-smoke room and the room I got smelled like so much smoke it was so strong my eyes were burning chest and throat was irritated. It was horrible. It was dirty. I had to clean it thank God I had some disinfecting wipes. But I just ended checking out of that room. I couldn’t handle it. It was so horrible. They need to hire somebody to clean the rooms better. The carpet is so ugly and horrible stains and trash. They need to mop the floors in the bathroom, They need to wipe down the mirrors that had toothpaste splatter. They need to wipe down the counters better. That room was really unsanitary They really need to focus on cleaning the rooms so much b

I stayed there once before. No real problem. It's up a lot of weird people walking around through the parking lot. My second visit, the room was horrible. People were smoking weed in the rooms. Coming all out looking as I checked the room. I went to the front office and told her. I didn't want to stay next to those people. I said they didn't say anything to me, but the owner is over. Zealous. She likes to cause confusion. I guess and it got real ugly because apparently they have a group of people that stay there all the time, so she gave them favor. And then she went to the room after I told her. I did not want to be next to them.|| I mean she went and said something to the people in the room. Then the girl comes out of that room comes to another room. In the front A big argument ensue

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS HOTEL!, W/ THEIR AMAZING SENSE OF Quietness and being undisturbed and relaxed the whole stay. Always putting the guests first. I highly recommend these guys. Been coming here for over 20 years. Easy on the pockets also!

We had a very pleasant experience staying here while attending our military relatives’ graduation. We booked three rooms, and the location was perfect — quiet, convenient, and very close to the base, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and even though we chose a smoking room, there was no smell at all. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets and towels were fresh and clean. Breakfast was simple but good and met our expectations, and the 24-hour coffee was a great plus. We did notice a bit of cleanliness issues at the beginning, including a few roaches and a floor that needed extra attention. We bought some spray and asked housekeeping to reclean, and after that there were no more problems for the rest of our stay. The staff were wonderfu
